Brandon Bueltel, Assistant General Manager

Brandon Bueltel, Assistant General Manager for TREVI Italian Restaurant, entered the restaurant and hospitality industry at the tender age of 9 when he worked at a local eatery. Bueltel has been employed with MRG (Morton's Restaurant Group) for 12 years.

Prior to becoming Assistant General Manager at TREVI Italian Restaurant, Bueltel was the General Manager for 9 years at the former Bertolini's Authentic Trattoria on West Sahara in Las Vegas.

Before his employment with MRG, Bueltel worked as the Assistant Manager at the Excaliber Hotel & Casino and from there the Food & Beverage Manager at Primm Valley Resort & Casino for 4 years. He received his degree from UNLV in Hotel Administration and a concentration in Restaurant Management.

In keeping with his passion for all things Italian, he and his wife tied the knot in 2001 in the hills of Tuscany and are now raising two children. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, cooking, basketball, football, skiing, motorcycles and coaching his kids in sports.
